Production lead time
All of our products are custom made to order and branded specifically for you. Because of this, production time varies depending on the product, branding method and which factory it's located.
If you're working to a tight deadline, we strongly recommend choosing items from our Express Range, which offer expedited production times.
Please note that once your order leaves our factory, delivery timeframes are handled by third-party couriers. While we'll always do our best to assist, we have no control over courier delays, so allowing extra time is always advised.

We can guarantee production timeframes for eligible items, but courier delivery times are outside our control. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend choosing an express product and allowing extra time for shipping.
4. How much is shipping for custom promotional products?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. A shipping cost will be provided by your account manager on your formal quote.
