Express Dispatch Conditions
At the request of our amazing clients we have created a range of products that we can normally dispatch with crazy dispatch times.
Unfortunately, the express range lead times on our website are not always available. They are dependent on the current workload of our product team. Please confirm availability of express range lead times at time of ordering.
48 Hour Dispatch
In order to achieve a 48 hour dispatch the following conditions must be met.
- Current production must be at a level where we are meeting 48 hour dispatch times - Please confirm before placing order
- The item must be in stock - Please confirm before placing order
- Quantity must be 500 pieces or less
- Print must be 1 colour in 1 position only
- Order must be placed, approved and paid before 10am
- 48 Hour Dispatch Surcharge: $125
4 Day Dispatch
In order to achieve a 4 day dispatch the following conditions must be met:
- Current production must be at a level where we are meeting 4 day dispatch times - Please confirm before placing order
- The item must be in stock - Please confirm before placing order
- Minimum and maximum quantities may apply (depending on product)
- Order must be placed, approved and paid before 4pm
- Branding/logo must be basic and in 1 position only
5 Day Dispatch
In order to achieve a 5 day dispatch the following conditions must be met:
- Current production must be at a level where we are meeting 5 day dispatch times - Please confirm before placing order
- The item must be in stock - Please confirm before placing order
- Order must be placed, approved and paid before 4pm
- Minimum and maximum quantities may apply (depending on product)
- For most clothing products marked with 5 Day Dispatch we can NOT provide this if the item requires printing. Branding must be embroidery.
- Branding/logo must be basic and in 1 position only
