Once you create your design with us, we will send you a digital mock-up. This will show you what your logo will look like on your custom beanie. The digital mock-up also shows your logo's positioning, size, colours, and branding method. We ensure you will have control over the finished product. We do not begin any branding until you have checked over your artwork proof and approved it in writing. We will work with you to deliver the best personalised beanies for your order.

Yes, you can place an order combining various custom products (e.g. beanies with hats and t-shirts) and pay the total quantity pricing. However, the branding method and design of your products have to be the same. Reach out to our team to place an order with different promotional or uniform products.

There are a number of options to choose from for your finished product. Our methods range from embroidery to more complex process methods such as supasub. We’ll help you find the best product to wear. Some of our methods include:

• Embroidery: Thread is stitched onto the beanie and priced by the number of stitches. A multi-colour design logo does not produce more setup or per-item costs.

• Digital transfer: This method has a sticker-like finish and can be designed with specific names for this option.

• Sublimation: This option fills the whole garment and is fully customisable. This method allows your team to stand out in your industry from other companies' work wear.

• Supasub: This is recommended for reproducing fine or small details in the artwork. The design is printed on a patch and sewn onto your work uniform.

We do not charge for basic artwork. This includes resizing your design, changing the dimensions or layout of your design and digitally placing it onto the product you are branding. If you do not have a design or you cannot provide it in a usable format, we will need to re-create it. Creating designs is time-consuming, and we need to charge a fee to cover this time.

PMS (Pantone Matching System) assigns numbers to specific shades. This enables us to mix up the inks to produce PMS colours. We use the Pantone Solid Coated formula guide (which is represented by a C at the end of the PMS colour, PMS 186C).

Don't know the PMS colours for your brand? Find them listed in your organisation’s ‘Style Guide’ or ‘Branding Guidelines’ document. Or, ask your marketing team and designers for those numbers.
